Wonder Paths Is Now Open For Registration
We’re so excited to create with your family! To help everything run smoothly, please review the policies below.
Enrollment is secured once registration is complete and payment is received. Spots are limited and reserved specifically for your child.
After booking, an invoice will be emailed within 48 hours:
Private pay families may pay the invoice directly
EFA families may submit the invoice through ClassWallet
If class begins and payment is still pending, families may be asked to provide proof of payment submission prior to the first class.
We are an approved EFA provider. Families using EFA funds are responsible for submitting payment requests according to state guidelines.
We understand funding can sometimes be delayed; however, if funds are denied after a term has begun, the parent/guardian is responsible for the full balance.
One-time events / single-day classes: reimbursement only
Clubs & camps: eligible for direct pay
Our clubs are offered in seasonal terms. When you register, you are reserving a spot for that term. Camps and events vary but still apply the same rules.
If you need to withdraw, we completely understand—just let us know at least one week in advance. Any remaining classes will be prorated from that point forward.
Missed classes and late notice withdrawals are not eligible for refunds.
Please arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up.
If your child will miss a class, please let us know. We may be able to offer a makeup class when space allows, but this is not guaranteed.
If a class must be canceled due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible. A makeup class will be offered when available.
To help keep everyone healthy, please do not send your child to class if they are sick.
This includes:
Fever within the past 24 hours
Vomiting or diarrhea
Persistent cough
Contagious illness
If a child becomes ill during class, parents/guardians will be contacted for pickup.
We work hard to create a kind, respectful, and creative environment for all students.
Students are expected to:
Listen and follow directions
Participate appropriately
Respect others, staff, and materials
If behavior is consistently disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to remove a child from the program.
Please leave toys, valuables, and personal items at home.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or messy items.
We get creative (and sometimes messy)! Please have your child wear clothes that can get paint, glue, or other materials on them.
All supplies are included in your enrollment.
Projects may occasionally need extra drying time or may be delicate when sent home.
From time to time, we may take photos or short videos during class to share highlights of our projects and activities. These may be used on our website, social media, or in printed materials.
We will always be mindful of privacy, and permission is requested separately.
If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let us know. Please note that photos of student artwork may still be used, and hands or small portions of students may be visible.
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that participation in activities may involve some risk, including the use of tools and art materials.
You agree to release and hold harmless The Wonder Club, its owner, staff, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We use Band as our primary communication platform for class updates, reminders, and important announcements. Please make sure you’ve joined prior to your first class.
We’re here to help! If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out.
