FAQs
General Information
What is The Wonder Club?
The Wonder Club is a creative learning and enrichment studio offering hands-on art clubs, fiber arts, camps, special events, birthday parties, and our Wonder Paths hybrid learning program. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences where kids can make, create, explore, learn, and connect.
What ages do you serve?
We currently offer programs for children ages 3–13. Age ranges vary by program, so please check each class description for specific recommendations.
Do parents stay or is it drop-off?
It depends on the program. Most clubs, camps, and classes for school-age children are drop-off. Some programs, such as Wonder Tots, require caregiver participation. Please read each class description carefully before registering.
How large are your classes?
We intentionally keep our classes and programs small to create a welcoming environment where students can receive individual support and have plenty of opportunities to participate.

We also offer seasonal camps, workshops, special events, and Studio Socials throughout the year.
What's included?
All supplies and materials are included unless otherwise noted. Students simply need to bring a water bottle and be ready to create.
Do I need to bring supplies?
Nope! We've got everything covered.
Can siblings join together?
Possibly! If your children are close in age and you're hoping to place them together, send us a message and we'll see what options are available.
What happens if my child misses a class?
For term-based programs, we may be able to offer a makeup class when space and scheduling allow, but makeups are not guaranteed. In some situations, account credit may be offered instead.
One-time classes, camps, workshops, and special events may not have makeup options available.
Can I join after a term has started?
In many cases, yes! If space is available, students may join after a term begins and tuition will be prorated based on the remaining classes.
Wonder Paths Hybrid Learning Program
What is Wonder Paths?
Wonder Paths is our small, part-time hybrid learning program for elementary students. We combine hands-on projects, creative learning, discussion, reading, problem-solving, and individualized skill practice in a welcoming small-group environment.
Is Wonder Paths a full-time school?
No. Wonder Paths is a part-time hybrid learning program designed to complement homeschooling and family-directed learning. Families still take full responsibility for learning, testing, tracking, etc.
How often do students attend?
Students attend either Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Friday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Parties & Private Events
What types of parties do you offer?
We offer creative birthday parties, paint parties, craft parties, themed art experiences, and custom creative events.
How many guests can attend?
Our studio is intentionally cozy and works best for small groups, typically around 5–12 children depending on the project and setup.
Do you travel?
Yes! We may be available for schools, homeschool groups, co-ops, libraries, community events, and private gatherings. Contact us for availability and pricing.
What's included in a party package?
Party packages typically include supplies, setup, cleanup, instruction, and project materials. Optional add-ons may also be available.
Payments & EFA
Do you accept Arkansas EFA funds?
Yes! The Wonder Club is an approved Arkansas EFA provider.
How does EFA payment work?
Eligible programs may be submitted through ClassWallet for direct payment or reimbursement, depending on the type of program. One-time events and special events may be reimbursement only. Ongoing clubs, camps, and eligible programs may qualify for direct pay.
Specific instructions will be provided during registration.
What happens if EFA funding is delayed?
We understand that payments can occasionally be delayed. Families may be asked to provide proof of submission if payment is still pending when a program begins.
If EFA funding is denied after a program has started, the parent or guardian is responsible for the balance.
Health & Safety
What is your sick policy?
Please keep your child home if they have had a fever within the last 24 hours, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious sores or rashes, untreated lice, persistent coughing, or any contagious illness.
Children who appear ill during class may be sent home to help keep everyone healthy.
What safety measures do you have in place?
We use age-appropriate materials, maintain small class sizes, collect emergency contact information, and supervise all activities closely.
Are your activities allergy-friendly?
Many of our projects are allergy-conscious, but materials can vary. Please list any allergies during registration so we can make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
What is your emergency plan?
Emergency procedures are reviewed regularly. In the event of an emergency or evacuation, families will be contacted as quickly as possible using the emergency contact information provided during registration.
Other Policies
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, missed events, or programs that have already taken place.
For term-based programs, families may withdraw with at least one week's notice. Remaining classes after the notice period will be prorated and may be issued as an account credit or refund as appropriate.
Please see our full Registration Policies page for complete details.
When can I drop my child off?
Students may not be dropped off more than 5 minutes before their scheduled start time and should be picked up promptly at the end of class.
Not all Wonder Club programs are drop-off programs, so please review each program description carefully before registering.
