What is The Wonder Club?
The Wonder Club is a creative space where kids explore hands-on arts and crafts, STEAM-inspired projects, and fun seasonal events. We offer classes for toddlers through tweens, plus special events, parties, and more!

What ages do you serve?
Most of our classes are designed for ages 2–11, with some events open to older kids or family groups. Each class or event will list the recommended age range.
 

Do parents stay or is it drop-off?
It depends on the event! For toddler classes, parents usually stay. For older kids, drop-off is encouraged. Check the event details for specifics.
 

Classes & Events

How do I register for a class?
You can register directly through our website. Just click on the class or event you’re interested in, and follow the prompts to save your spot.

What’s included in a class?
All supplies, tools, and fun are provided! Kids will create a project to take home, and we often include stories, games, or movement breaks to keep things lively.

Do I need to bring supplies?
Nope! We’ve got everything covered.

Can siblings join in?
Yes, if there’s space available. Younger siblings may tag along, but they may need to sit out if they’re not registered. We always recommend checking the event description first.
 

What happens if my child misses a class?
Your child may be able to join a class in the next session. If you’re already planning to join the next session, we’ll invite your child to one of our special events instead. Just reach out and we’ll let you know what’s on the schedule.

What if I have kids in both age groups?
For example, if you have a 5-year-old and a 7-year-old, both children may be able to join the 6–11 group. If your kids are close in age, reach out and we’ll do our best to place them together to accommodate your time.

Parties & Private Events

What types of parties do you offer?
We host birthday parties, paint parties, craft parties, and even slime & potion workshops!

How many kids can attend a party in your studio?
Our studio is cozy — perfect for 5–10 kids.

Do you travel to schools, co-ops, or private homes?
Yes! We can bring the fun to your location with arts and crafts projects tailored to your group.

What’s included in a party package?
All supplies, setup, and cleanup are included. We also bring fun movement games to keep kids engaged between projects.

Policies

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Sales are final for classes and events that have already taken place or been attended. For upcoming sessions, refunds may be considered if you reach out in advance — a 25% non-refundable fee may apply since time, materials, and preparation go into every class. In some cases, instead of a refund, we may be able to place your child in another class or invite them to a special event to make up for the missed session. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email hello@thewonderclubhub.com and we’ll work with you.

What is your sick policy?
If your child is sick, please keep them home so we can keep our classes healthy and safe for everyone. Reach out and let us know — we’ll work with you to see if a makeup option is available. Children who come to class visibly ill may be asked to sit out for the day.

Payments & EFA

Do you accept Arkansas EFA funds?
Yes, we’re an approved vendor!

How does payment with EFA work?
Families can request an invoice any time before a session begins. Once a session has started, we encourage you to pay out of pocket and then submit for reimbursement. However, we don’t want this to be a reason your child misses out — if that doesn’t work for your family, send us a message and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Safety & Accessibility

What safety measures do you have in place?
We keep class sizes small, use child-friendly materials, and always supervise activities closely.
 

Are your activities allergy-friendly?
Many of our projects are allergy-safe, but some materials may contain common allergens (like gluten or dairy in certain craft supplies). Please let us know about allergies when you register. We will try to accommodate.
 

What is your emergency plan?
In case of evacuation, we exit through the back door and meet by the big tree next to the parking lot. Guardians will be contacted.
